As a society, we need to get rid of sedentarism. Fitness initially does not have to be elaborate. Walking, jogging, taking the stairs can all be qualified as fitness activities. As soon as you begin moving, regardless of in what capacity, you have removed one of the root causes of poor health…being sedentary. What is it called when you remove the root cause of disease? That’s called a cure. Now, that doesn’t mean you’re instantly better; you still have to heal.

But, the challenge is gone, and you give yourself the opportunity to heal and recover, to repair and restore optimal function. We are about creating health at Innate Health Chiropractic. Encouraging and facilitating movement in our patients moves the needle away from sickness and toward health.
